In this guide, you will learn how to reconcile Stripe transactions synchronized by Synder app in your QuickBooks Desktop company.

The app will put all the sales and fees to Stripe Bank Account (it is a clearing account which can be automatically created by the app in the Chart of Accounts). Once your real Stripe withdraws the money to the bank, Synder will synchronize this Payout and the Transfer will be created from Stripe Bank Account to your Checking account. Having the Transfer in QuickBooks Desktop you will be able to do a one-click reconciliation. See the steps below for more details:

1) First please import and sync transactions you want to reconcile and the money depositing transaction (Payout). Make sure you have PayOuts enabled in Synder settings before importing transactions.
